We are happy to take credit card infrormation by e-mail, but can't assure confidentialty. We operate under the assumption that security and data transmission is relatively reliable and secure, but we are glad to confirm orders or answer questions via email. You may transmit your charge card information by printing out our order blank and mailing or faxing the information, or you can let us know how & when to reach you by telephone and I will personally record the credit card information. In either case we will keep the credit card information in a secure file for use in subsequent orders. |

Our order line is 800-243-5283. We also take orders by fax at 715-373-0072. Our office number is 715-373-2109. Our regular office hours are from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. If one of us does not answer the telephone personally, please leave a message on the answering machine. If you have a question or want us to confirm a message order, please let us know. We will be happy to return your call or fax. |

We will work out a regular shipping schedule with you that can be adjusted as needed. If you place one order for five or more shipments in one year for a total of 5 lbs or more each, we will waive shipping charges. |

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and Personal Checks. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order. |

We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for each standard shipment within the Continental USA, with the exception of Wisconsin, where the charge is $7.00. We charge actual freight for express orders, COD and deliveries to offshore destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii. |

All orders weighing a total of 25 pounds or more of coffee, tea and/or spices are delivered without shipping charge to you. We also do not charge shipping to customers who subscribe for a year's supply of coffee at one time. Please refer to our terms for subscription orders or call if you are interested. |

We do our best to ship orders as soon as we receive them. We try to expedite rush orders and to ship within three business days of receiving any order. We recommend allowing an average of 10 days total order time for surface delivery in case of occasional delays. |

We offer UPS and US Mail express delivery at the actual charge for the service. |

Please specify if a second choice is acceptable for any item. We do not ship back-orders without a specific customer request to do so. |

Please notify us immediately if you recieve a damaged order or do not recieve your order within a resonable time period. We replace all damaged product and lost orders after confirmation of the loss. |

We have an unconditional satisfaction guarantee including shipping charges for any of our products returned as sold within three months of purchase. |
