FLAVORED & SPICED TEA Flavored tea can be of any type of tea leaf with an aromatic flavor added for taste interest. Spiced teas have ingredients in additoin to tea such as flowers or spices. We blend and flavor our own spiced and flavored teas. We purposely avoid perfumy aromas in favor of a quality tea base and subtle complementary flavors. APRICOT BOP A strong brewing, lightly exotic fruit flavored tea served well to folks at traditional tea time with biscuits. BLACK CURRANT OP An unusual tea adapted well to serving either hot or iced. It has an aroma evocative of romantic gardens; it has a flavor of tart berries overlaid on rich tea. DELICIOUSLY CITRUS This unique tea is flavored with a blend of lemon, orange and kiwi blended with a strong China Congou that produces a citrus & tea counterpoint flavor. EARL GREY We flavor this tea strongly with pure oil of bergamot, as a fresh, highly aromatic traditional English contribution to tea, nearly as renowned as tea time itself. INDIA BLACK "CHAI" There are many Chai spiced teas - this traditional Indian Chai has ginger, cinnamon and cardamom as well as various other spices for a brew that serves well with lots of milk or as a stand alone heavily spiced tea. INDIA GREEN "CHAI" We use a lighter touch with the spices in our green tea chai that parallels the lighter, sublter flavor of the tea. It serves very well as in interesting and flavorful tea. JASMINE POUCHONG ORGANIC Lightly sweet and smooth, this Jasmine brings to mind a recent past when all China teas were organic. It adds the romance of flowers that open only at night. JASMINE YIN HAO Ours is the best of many grades of this wonderful floral tea. This nearly green Jasmine is scented seven times to add ultimaste bouquet to its sparkling flavor. JASMINE PHOENIX PEARL This tea is two leaves and a bud tightly rolled into a large, pearl like ball. Its exotic appearance is evocative of worlds of wonder in its superlative flavor. LAPSANG SOUCHONG Lapsang is a tea smoked over piney fires. Large, open (souchong) leaves produce a heavy flavor loved by some and kept at a distance by others. ORANGE SPICE This is the classic American flavored tea, with orange, clove and cinnamon. It is an all occasion, keep the pot simmering basic good tea that is widely marketed under various trade names.
