GREEN TEA
Green tea made from leaves that are heated (fired) right after harvesting so that they do not ferment at all. They make a characteristic clear brew and have a bright, fresh herb flavor.

CHINA LUNG CHING Special Grade
Norwood Pratt says "Perhaps the best thing to be said for Longjing is that it lives up to its legends". Known as Dragon Well, it is mellow, faintly sweet, bright, one of the finest teas with a natural fragrance of permeating pleasantness.

CHINA GUNPOWDER TEMPLE OF HEAVEN
These leaves tightly rolled into pellet shape brew up stronger than traditional leaf green tea. This best of the gunpowders is crisp rather than harsh, lightly aromatic and complex in its heavy body.

CHINA PI LO CHUN
Known as "Astounding Fragrance" or "Green Snail Spring" due to the tightly rolled spirals of the leaf. This tea is fired only by wood fires, prepared entirely by hand. It is golden green, the smoothest green tea.

CHINA YOUNG HYSON
This is the standard quality green tea of China. It is sometimes also referred to as Chunmee, of which there are many grades. The Young Hyson is of rebust liquor, freshly green in flavor and lightly aromatic.

INDIA AMBOOTIA ORGANIC
Pale hued, gently aromatic, refreshing flavor - all in one, a delicate balance of the best of green teas from a renowned India Darjeeling estate.

JAPAN GOYOKORU ASAHI
This tea has a crisp, intense and pure green tea flavor. Its long, natural dark green leaves are from the first pluckings of shaded trees. Asahi, best of the Goyokorus, is an excellent contemplation inspiring tea.

JAPAN HOJICHA
Hojicha has a different flavor character from all other green teas because it is toasted. It stands to other green teas as dark roasts stand to standard coffees - a penetrating, powerful flavor that is at once strong and pleasing to many, especially those indifferent to other green teas.

JAPAN SENCHA SPIDERLEG
This is the best basic Japan green tea. less earthy than the China green teas and somewhat more aromatic. This grade avoids the taste of many green teas and adds a delicate fragrance, making it an excellent dessert tea.
