NATURAL DECAFF COFFEE
We assume that you may have a reason for drinking decaff other than its flavor. That assumption does not prevent us from trying to make our decaffs taste good in their own way - different from standard coffee but still fun to drink. First no caffeine, then no hazardous chemicals and then good flavor. The natural process uses either Swiss water (steam), French water (also known as CO2 or sparkling water), UVVW (ultra violet) Ethyl Acetate (grain alchol and acetic acid). All four of these more or less naturally remove caffeine, each with some drawbacks and advantages from either flavor or availability considerations. The other type of decaff process uses Methyl Chloride, better known as paint stripper, to remove caffeine. We only sell natural process decaffs.

COLOMBIAN EXCELSO DECAFF
Colombia decaff has a mellow, mild flavor and a smooth body that make it the benchmark decaff. It is a coffee that is good both regular and decaffeinated.

GREAT LAKES DECAFF BLEND
We base this blend on fine high grown Mexican Alturas to make it an easy drinking, light bodied anytime lots of coffee with family and friends brew.

HALF CAFF PART DECAFF
This blend is half decaff and twice any casual blend. The right touch of the right coffees makes reduced caffeine unnoticable to most folks.

KENYA DECAFF
This coffee is on the high end of the price range but has much to recommend it. It is one of the few straight decaffs with a distinctive and appealing flavor.

MOCHA JAVA DECAFF BLEND
This particular decaff is blended for work settings, where a variety of taste preferences need to be pleased with a coffee that keeps well while heated.

NORTH COAST DECAFF BLEND
The dark roast that we add to this blend adds complex haevy flavor overtones to a rich, full bodied decaff that is especially good after dinner.

SUMATRA GAYO ORGANIC DECAFF
This estate decaff rivals the high test variety. It has a down to earth flavor with a nice follow through aftertaste and a balanced body. It is an excellent coffee.



ORGANIC COFFEE
Our organics have coffee merit as well as being certified pesticide free. Organic coffee is intensively havd cultivated There is not currently a year-round supply of first quality organic coffees available. The longer a plantation has been organic, the better the coffee. All our organics are top quality. Our selection may vary throughout the year based on availability.
