There is a 70' private dock that the Cottage shares with Marshcroft. CLASSIC ISLAND BUILDING
Our Cottage was built as an all year Island residence in 1922 and completely rebuilt in 1991. It then became the home of Northwestern Coffee Mills until 2006. The house was featured in the 1999 Madeline Island Historical Association tour of homes as a example of historically sensitive renovation.
