We accept Personal Checks, Master Card, Visa, and Discover cards. We ask for 1/2 of the rental rate as deposit to reserve a rental in advance. Two night minimum rental.

We supply linens, kitchen utensils, tableware and a gas grill.

The two properties share a beach and 70' dock across Middle Road, a beautiful Lake Superior view and a pleasant, interesting shoreline on Chebommicon Creek Lagoon.

Cancellation: We keep your deposit. If we are able to re-rent, we return 1/2 deposit.

Both properties are offered for sale, rental contracts honored. There may be a showing appointment subject to notice.
