The Cottage is clean, trim and modestly furnished with basic amenities provided but in no way fancy or elegant.

One bath and one bedroom with a queen size bed on the first floor as well as a small, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The first floor also has a woodburing fireplace/stove as the focus of the livingroom and a diningroom/enclosed porch. There are two bedroomson the second floor, with the second bedroom access going through the first upstairs bedroom. There is a full size bed in one bedroom and a twin bed and cozy sleeping loft in the other upstairs bedroom. There is also a rool away bed available if any guest wants to try sleeping on either the enclosed porch or the common room. Large supply of towels, sheets and blankets, no daily housekeeping, no smoking. Approved pets permitted with security deposit and per pet charge.

Located on Chebomnicon Creek Lagoon, a private beach and dock shared with our renters in our other adjacent property, a road between the Cottage and the beach and nice neighbors. Located midway between State Park/Town Park at Big Bay and downtown La Pointe/ferry dock (3 miles).

Coffee Mills Cottage is being offered for sale. There may be a one hour showing appointment with 24 hour advance notice during the time of your rental.
